Customer experience is practically an obsession. So when we receive an exceptional customer experience, we have to say something about it! Both our Facility Services Tech and Property Manager do such a wonderful job for us. They are detailed, attentive, insightful, and they go far beyond what is expected as "good service" They take care of our building and our needs by taking their jobs seriously and showing true care and concern for how everything is maintained and by nurturing the client relationship. They make my job easier. I am very grateful for them both. I don't know what systems you have in place for accolades or reward. Whatever you have, I highly recommend them both.
