Our HVAC was not working and Steve came to the office early in the morning, before any of our staff, to check the space. He worked diligently to manually reset the many ceiling units and turn on the cooling unit setup in the training room, as we had group meetings. He also cleaned up all floor debris from being in the ceiling. He did this all before our staff/tenant’s entrance into the suite! I greatly appreciate Steve’s acknowledgement and also his dedicated attention and service for our meeting and tenant use of this space!
