Our group was interested to see how happy the tenants were with the management and maintenance of the building. Three of the tenants said that now that the new management company is in place that the service is so much better than the previous group. They said Elena has done a tremendous job responding to tenant requests. Maintenance items are taken care of either the same day or the next day, when the previous management group took two weeks to a month to respond.
