I just wanted to let you know that you have a real asset on your team. I was tasked to perform a PCA at two of your properties this past month. The property manager was tasked to provide assistance, access and information regarding the sites during my assessment of the properties. There is an immense amount of information that has to be collected during these visits, and it makes a real difference in completing the reports when you have someone that is not only knowledgeable, but forthcoming with that information. The property manager provided me with all of the information and was very responsive in providing me the supporting documentation necessary for the report in a timely manner. I'm glad he was there to help me and I thank him for his service.
