What a pleasure it is to say a good word about someone who is always positive, professional, kind, and understanding. These are some words I would use to describe our facility services tech. He entered with a smile and was always aware of his surroundings. He is so patient when describing an issue we have with our suite. Especially when you have no idea how to describe what is wrong, he always communicates what he needs to do. If he will repair it now or if he will need to come back or call someone in.
