As you know, I believe that when people go over and above what's expected, they should be thanked and applauded for it. Our technician was off and I received a call from a company that was hired by Atkins to photograph many of our medical buildings, including Mill Run. I emailed our technician's cover early Monday morning and explained my situation in a phone conversation right after that. He was wonderful and took care of making sure that the property was in "picture ready" condition for me and made himself available if I needed him to meet with the photographer. I appreciated it so much and of course, I thanked him for stepping in and taking care of it while our technician was off.
